The General Manager, Facilities leads the delivery of a high-quality service environment for hospital assets, managing multi-disciplinary teams, overseeing capital planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with legislation and contract deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Have overall project responsibility ensuring compliance with required elements of an extensive P3 service agreement.
- Be responsible for the planning, design, development, coordination, management and evaluation of facilities, capital planning and selected support services (Patient Food Services, Materials Management, Parking, Grounds Maintenance, Retail Food Services).
