Job Description
Primary Objective: To lead the end-to-end strategic planning, design excellence, and technical feasibility of all property development projects. The GM will be accountable for the successful conversion of land bank into marketable, profitable, and buildable products while ensuring absolute alignment with the Group’s financial targets and brand identity.
