Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the General Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Chateau Nova Peace River located in Peace River, Alberta. This is accomplished through budgeting and financial management, maintaining cost and quality standards, maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees, and exceeding guest expectations.

Provide leadership in service and innovation while creating a working environment that fosters career growth and development for our team members.
