About the Role
**Description:**
A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Routine Maintenance:**
2. Perform regular inspections of the hotel premises and equipment to identify and address maintenance issues.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
4. Ensure the hotel’s interior and exterior are well-maintained and in good repair.

6. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed.
