About the Role
Position: General Ledger Accounting Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Carmona, Cavite
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Setup: Hybrid
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Willing to work onsite in Carmona, Cavite
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine reviews of contract configurations and prepare reports on exceptional transactions
- Ensure achievement of departmental goals and targets
- Strengthen and maintain internal control systems
- Prepare expense, budget, and supply chain reports
- Support cost control initiatives and strategic planning
- Conduct regular audits and provide reports for management evaluation
