**Job Title: General Laborer**
**Job Description**
This role involves repairing older storage pods, requiring a variety of skills including basic assembly, painting, moving, and cleaning. The candidate will be responsible for tasks such as touch-up painting, repairing bolts, replacing latches, cleaning interiors, hanging signs, and replacing components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform touch-up painting on storage pods.
+ Repair and replace bolts and latches as needed.
+ Clean the interiors of storage pods.
+ Hang signs on the storage pods.
+ Replace components within the storage pods.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools for at least 2 years.
+ Assembly or technician experience for at least 2 years.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical skills related to general repairs and maintenance.
