General Counsel

The General Counsel will be responsible for the company’s legal matters across transactions, corporate, and project development activities across Southeast Asia. The role will provide practical and commercially focused legal advice across investments, M&A, project development, financing, construction, operations, and strategic partnerships.

This position requires a hands‑on legal professional with strong experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, and cross‑border transactions who can operate effectively in a fast‑paced and entrepreneurial environment.
