General Accounting Associate (Accounts Payable)

Responsible for managing accounts payable processes while overseeing store-level accounting operations. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of payables, maintains strong internal controls, and supports store operations through effective monitoring of sales, cash, inventory, and expenses.

Key Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, and inventory management.

• Accounts Payable: Includes invoice processing and vendor management activities. Review, validate and record supplier invoices ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and payment terms and handle account reconciliation of supplier statements and resolve discrepancies if any.
