Responsibilities
- Manage and record daily financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entries
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and general ledger reconciliation
- Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation and analysis
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of Philippine accounting principles and financial reporting
