Job Description

Chitra is seeking an experienced Maven Smart System Instructor to assist with the following duties and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Teach Common Operational Picture (COP) and Maven Smart System (MSS) courses.
• Conduct training in Resident Classroom environments (Fort Eustis, VA), Virtual environments (Teams, VTC, LMS), and Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Support up to 15 JDTC catalog courses annually.
• Perform pre- and post-course administrative tasks.
• Participate in military exercises as over-the-shoulder trainers, exercise development team members, and control cell personnel.
• Attend and contribute to meetings, conferences, working groups, and curriculum review boards.
• Serve as Course Director when assigned.
