Gas Engineer

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic heating engineer to cover the Thurrock area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a council contract.

The Role

• Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
• Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
• Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements

• 2 years' experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
• Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
• ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CE...
