About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise & monitor the production process to ensure best results and meeting deadlines
- Quality check all the garments & production results
- Creating catalogues based on production list & results
- Responsible as PIC for sourcing blouse/shirt material samples, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring production readiness.
- Coordinate with purchasing team to prepare all the materials for the production
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
- 2+ years experience in garment production/senior merchandiser in a fashion/garment industry
- Proficient in technical drawing using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- High attention to details and deep knowledge about garment materials
- Excellent time management skills and exceptional leadership skills
- Willing to WFO full time in Gading Serpong area
