Key responsibilities
Advise the business on a broad range of compliance and legal matters across European operations. Support and help implement compliance frameworks, policies, and internal processes. Provide day-to-day legal advice on data privacy issues, including contractual, operational, and governance questions. Review and negotiate legal documents, including privacy-related clauses, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts. Partner closely with business, procurement, HR, IT, security, product, and other internal teams on legal and compliance topics. Assist with legal assessments relating to digital, technology, and AI-related matters. Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Europe and translate them into clear, practical guidance for the business. Support internal training, awareness-building, and compliance initiatives.
