About the Role
- Create content that makes impactful connections with consumers, measured by high attention metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, retention).
- Serve as an algorithm‑fluent editor with deep expertise in hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across social platforms — owning the DJ‑ing, remixing, and optimization of content to drive scalable performance.
- Take principal accountability for performance tuning and platform success, continuously optimizing creative to unlock stronger results.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring assets are natively optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — with a performance‑creative mindset, not post‑production only.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive in‑feed.
