Furnace Process Engineer (300mm Semiconductor)

Soitec Group in Singapore is looking for a Process Engineer with a degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with 300mm vertical furnaces, especially TEL/KE platforms, and a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

Strong critical thinking skills and proficiency in tools like SiView and JMP are an advantage. If you are adept at solving complex engineering problems, we want to hear from you.
