About the Role
As a Functional Consultant , you'll play an important role as a functional expert representative between teams and clients to achieve excellence in all areas of business for the company. This individual will also champion change and effectively manage the full life cycle implementation of ERP software system projects.
- Conduct customers company business process analysis
- Recommend software development and implementations
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Analyze program performance and address deficiencies
- Perform on-site system installation and configuration
