About the Role
Join Ledcor’s HR team as a full-time Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll streamline onboarding for new hires. Support candidates from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness in a hybrid work environment.
This role serves as the primary point of contact for new hires and internal moves within Ledcor, located in either Edmonton or Calgary. Candidates must possess the discipline to manage high-volume processes with excellent communication skills. You will interact directly with applicants, guiding them through every step of their recruitment journey with professionalism and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist new hires with their onboarding requirements
• Provide candidates with guidance on timelines and next steps
• Handle candidate queries and ensure consistent communication
• Track hiring progress and manage follow-ups in Workday
