About the Role
Become a Physiotherapist with SOURCES in Oceanside, delivering family-centered developmental services for children. This permanent role focuses on community-based support for children with developmental delays.
As a key member of the Child Development Services team, your expertise will support children from birth to school entry facing developmental challenges. You will collaborate with local families, conduct assessments, and provide tailored therapy services. This position emphasizes community engagement, providing services in homes and group settings, and managing a caseload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the CDS team for integrated service delivery
• Plan and provide individualized therapy services
• Maintain and manage an active caseload and waitlist
