This role requires a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to coach candidates through their training. Your proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication will facilitate successful change across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Lean Six Sigma for process improvement
• Influence teams using ADKAR methodologies
• Lead formal project management efforts
• Train White Belt and Yellow Belt candidates
• Mentor Yellow Belt candidates toward their certification
