Setup

Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)

• Lead technical decisions and mentor developers
• Build and maintain Java (Spring Boot) backend services
• Design secure, high-performance REST APIs
• Manage large-scale data processing and system performance
• Work with AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core)
• Handle incidents, monitoring, and system improvements
• Drive best practices: testing, documentation, and code quality

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development (Senior/Lead level)
• Strong Java + Spring Boot + Microservices expertise
• Experience leading development teams
• Expert in REST API design & secure integrations
• Solid AWS experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IoT)
• Familiar with CI/CD, Git, Jira, and DevOps practices
