What you will do

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to live hiring events and platform functionality;
  • Collaborate closely with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and prioritize support requests;
  • Monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts, incidents, and performance degradation;
  • Ensure issues are resolved within established SLAs while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction;
  • Support architecture updates, integrations, and dependency changes impacting event functionality;
  • Maintain and improve backend and frontend systems powering hiring events and lobby experiences;
  • Take ownership of deployments, code merges, and production releases;
  • Help lead, mentor, onboard, and support other engineers joining the team;
