An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to join a rapidly growing ecommerce business operating from a modern, highly automated warehouse facility in Kent.

This role will suit a hands‑on operational leader with a strong background in warehouse, dispatch, or fulfilment management who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and motivating large fulfilment and dispatch teams
• Driving productivity, performance, and operational KPIs
• Ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
• Leading daily operations across shift patterns and team handovers
