Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Coverage: Visit 9–10 outlets daily to book orders, check stocks, and ensure product visibility.
- Order Booking & Execution: Capture orders using mobile apps/handheld devices; ensure sales of major SKUs.
- Payment Collection: Check dealer outstanding and collect payment from dealers through company QR code.
- Dealer Stock Checking: Scan and record dealer stocks through QR code in mobile app.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and SKU coverage requirements.
- Promotions & Schemes: Promote products and schemes in dealer outlet.
- Reporting: Share competitor activity, outlet feedback, and sales data with supervisors.
