- Set up and manage your work area efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area at all times
- Verify the accuracy of the starting amount in the cash register
- Greet customers
- Take customer orders, make recommendations, and help them to make their choices
- Process payments
- Answer the telephone
- Apply the principles of suggestive selling
- Provide quality customer service while complying with St-Hubert’s service standards and philosophy
- Process payments made to delivery drivers
- Portion foods in the kitchen, when required
- Collaborate with your colleagues, if needed
- Perform cleaning tasks as requested
- Perform all other tasks requested by the Manager
