About the Role
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for welcoming guests and handling any complaints.
- Co-ordinates the reception team, organising its work and schedules.
- Applies and ensures the application of the sales strategy to maximise occupancy and average room price.
- Manage and supervise reservations and the allocation of guestrooms with the Executive Housekeeper.
- At least a O Level, A level/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 2- 3 years of working experience in a hospitality environment is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Orchard and perform shift duties is required.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service, Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
