About the Role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor Statements of Account (SOA) for property owners
- Issue official receipts and maintain proper documentation
- Handle daily collection reports and deposits (cash & checks)
- Send collection notices and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist in billing, collection, and financial-related tasks
- Prepare monthly reports (delinquent accounts & collection summary)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- With experience in billing and collection is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably residing near South Forbes or within Silang, Cavite
