• Act as a subject matter expert supporting analysis, process improvement, and requirements definition


• Develop requirements documentation, functional models, procedures, and system architecture


• Lead front-end design efforts, including wireframes, mockups, and technical UI/UX designs


• Build and optimize UI/GUI components to enhance usability and navigation


• Collaborate with stakeholders and PMO to review designs and align on requirements
