A well-established and growing real estate investment firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator to join our team.

This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, clients, and vendors, while supporting day-to-day administrative operations in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional manner
