About the Role
- Diploma in Hospitality, Animal Healthcare, or science-related fields (advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Experience using hospital or clinic database systems.
- Comfortable working in close proximity to animals.
- Able to interact with a wide range of professionals (doctors, nurses, executives, directors).
