About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble sushi items (e.g. rolls, nigiri, sashimi) according to company standards
  • Ensure freshness and proper handling of ingredients (fish, rice, vegetables)
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times
  • Assist in stock preparation, portioning, and replenishment
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support daily operations and teamwork within the outlet

Requirements:

  • No experience required (training provided) / experience in F&B is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
