About the Role

YOUR MISSION

  • Manage and optimize pipeline generation, including tracking, forecasting, and KPI reporting

  • Ensure high quality of sales activities across the customer lifecycle

  • Plan and execute pipeline generation initiatives and experiments

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment and execution

  • Support Sales Representatives in key customer interactions (e.g. discovery calls, pitches, negotiations) if required 

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Professional experience in B2B sales and sales operations

  • Good understanding of consultative sales processes and pipeline management

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) ...
