About the Role
We're building a premium lifestyle brand in the sleepwear and leisurewear space and are looking for a Fashion Designer who can take products from concept to production—not just create beautiful sketches.
This is an opportunity to develop the inaugural collection of a premium brand focused on timeless design, exceptional comfort, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities- Design premium sleepwear and leisurewear silhouettes with a strong focus on comfort, fit, and luxury aesthetics.
- Create complete production-ready Tech Packs (Mandatory) including technical flats, garment construction details, measurements, BOM, stitching details, trims, labels, grading, and manufacturing instructions.
- Develop piping details, trims, finishes, and garment construction specifications.
