Are you looking for a part‑time job? We are urgently hiring Accounts Assistant to help with system data entry and ad‑hoc admin work.
Job Details- Hours: 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm, Saturday
- Location: Office @ Tampines
- Start Date: ASAP — we need someone to begin quickly
- Enter data accurately into our system — simple and straightforward entries and invoicing
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality
- Help out with other ad‑hoc admin tasks
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to commit to daily hours
- Having Accounting Knowledge is a bonus.
- Good typing and basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks punctually
