Fraud Risk Expert, Strategy & Analytics - Payment

Job Description Lead the design and execution of business risk and anti-fraud policies to safeguard ShopeePay's growth and operational integrity. Own the risk policy lifecycle for ShopeePay by identifying and neutralizing key threats including account take over, scam and stolen card. Be responsible for protecting marketing budgets from promotion abuse, managing payment channel vulnerabilities, and ensuring all anti-fraud measures align with local compliance standards Oversee the development of key indicators and fraud detection metrics, ensuring continuous monitoring, timely flagging of risk exposures, and ongoing enhancement of mitigation strategies. Guide cross-functional alignment by partnering with Local Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to refine requirements and drive delivery of risk-control solutions.
