Franchise Associate

General Description:

The Franchise Associate plays a critical operational and administrative role in expanding and supporting the company’s franchise network across key regional territories, including Northern Luzon (NL), Greater Manila Area North (GMAN), and Mindanao.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles NL, GMAN, and Mindanao Regions
• In charge of inquiries on the website, Iwanfranchise, text, and calls.
• Coordinates interview schedules between PC and applicants.
• Coordinates NSO crew training.
• Facilitates all documentation prior to opening.

• At least with experience in organizations with franchise set-ups in the same capacity
