This is not a traditional design role.

For an innovative healthcare company that is building ‘the’ health’ platform for Europe, we are looking for a new type of creative professional, someone who combines strong design fundamentals with native fluency in modern AI workflows. This is a Founding Designer role with full ownership of the visual and experiential layer of a fast-scaling, consumer-facing product. You will define and build the entire visual ecosystem - spanning brand, product experience, and marketing, working alongside an existing product designer who focuses on UX and functionality.
