Founder's Office Associate

Albatross Energetics builds energy-efficient air-conditioning and dehumidification systems powered by our own liquid-desiccant technology, out of IIT Bombay. We're looking for a sharp generalist to be the founder's force-multiplier across go-to-market and operations.

Location: Mumbai

What you'll do:

• Go-to-market: lead generation, building the prospect list, scheduling meetings with potential clients
• Marketing logistics: LinkedIn and content posting, exhibition and trade-show presence end to end
• Systems-building: work directly with the founder to put the right finance and people systems in place
• Jump into whatever the week needs: research, vendor coordination, investor and partner prep, loose ends
