Forward Deployed Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of customer deployments: from problem definition through production rollout, adoption, and expansion.
• Spend 25-50% of time on-site with customers and partners to deploy, operate, and troubleshoot the platform in real-world environments (edge hardware, networking, sensors, data pipelines, and AI inference).
• Build integrations connecting customer OT/IT systems, data sources, and workflows into production applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex full-stack issues (hardware, network, data, application, AI) quickly.
• Capture deployment learnings and convert them into repeatable playbooks, patterns, and product improvements. Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate drafting and implementation.
• Drive alignment and decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
