Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical challenges for enterprise customers, including integration bottlenecks and multi-system orchestration.
• Design, prototype, and implement solutions using the Kore.ai Agent Platform through hands-on coding and architecture.
• Act as a technical peer to customer enterprise architects and CIOs, leading design reviews and presenting architecture blueprints.
• Lead technical workshops, design sessions, and proof‑of‑concept implementations.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by providing real‑world feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Document solution patterns and create reusable architectures to enable broader team success.
• Support high‑value sales engagements through technical due diligence and custom demonstrations.
