Forklift Operator

**Job Title: Forklift Operator / Order Selector**
**Job Description**
This role supports a busy warehouse operation by safely operating forklifts and walkie riders to pick, move, and stage products for shipment. You will use a headset and RF scanner to accurately follow voice-directed orders, build and deliver finished pallets to designated bays, and maintain productivity and accuracy standards while handling cases weighing 25–50 lbs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate forklifts, tow motors, walkie riders, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently within the warehouse.
+ Use a headset and voice-directed system to listen to orders and accurately pick products according to instructions.
+ Utilize RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory and orders throughout the picking and shipping process.
+ Build, wrap, and stage finished pallets in designated bay areas for outbound shipment.
