Job Description
- Lead and supervise electricians and helpers involved in HVAC electrical installation activities.
- Ensure proper installation of power cables, control cables, conduits, cable trays, isolators, starters, and junction boxes for HVAC systems.
- Perform and supervise cable pulling, glanding, termination, and connection works for HVAC equipment.
- Ensure correct termination of power supply, control wiring, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians, BMS teams, and other disciplines for equipment connections and testing activities.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC electrical systems.
- Support functional testing of HVAC equipment, including motors, fans, pumps, starters, VFDs, and control panels.
- Report daily progress, manpower status, material requirements, and site issues to the HVAC/Electrical Supervisor.
