Foreman

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Building Foreman to join our growing construction team in Durbanville.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong leadership and site management skills
• Ability to read and interpret building plans
• Experience managing subcontractors and site staff
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Valid drivers license
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Maintain quality control and safety standards
• Report progress to project management
