Organise on a daily and weekly time frame the sequencing of the on-site activities ensuring that the subcontractors have access to their work face for materials and equipment, including the co-ordination of materials, equipment, personnel, and materials handling plant. In consultation with the Project Manager, allocate necessary site resources and confirm that all the resources for the project will be available when required.
