Role Purpose:The Project PMO (Finance) is responsible for coordinating all finance-related activities within the program, ensuring alignment across workstreams and providing structure, governance, and visibility on financial deliverables. The role supports the effective execution of the merger program.


Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate financial workstreams across planning, reporting, accounting, and integration teams.
+ Track and monitor key finance deliverables, milestones, and risks across the program
+ Ensure consistency and alignment of financial outputs across multiple teams.
+ Support governance forums with preparation of financial updates, reports, and materials.
+ Act as central point of contact for finance-related project coordination.
