**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Reviews orders for clarity, product availability, events schedule
+ Prioritizes work to meet deadlines
+ Answers calls and greets clients in a courteous and empathetically
+ Discusses needs, suggests products, seasonal products, and floral services commemorating special events, quotes products, as well as records accurate orders and payments
+ Collaborates with Funeral Director to clarify contractual requests
+ Collaborates with floral colleagues on design, scheduling, issues, and process
