Responsibilities
- Oversee floor operations during service, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.
- Monitor table turns, seating flow, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Enforce service standards, sequence of service, and restaurant policies.
- Handle guest concerns professionally, resolving issues before escalation.
- Lead, motivate, and support the FOH team (waiters, runners, hostesses).
- Conduct pre‑shift briefings and communicate daily priorities.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to elevate service performance.
- Ensure grooming, hygiene, and conduct standards are maintained.
