At Paulo Airaudo Group, we are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Floor Manager to join us for the reopening of Bottega.
Your Mission
You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensuring impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, in line with the group's high‑quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily floor service.
- Lead, motivate, and train the front‑of‑house team.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to deliver a seamless experience.
- Manage reservations, shifts, and team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the group's operational standards.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or Head Waiter.
- Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
