The Floater position supports multiple production roles and is responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in peanut processing. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Assist with production start-up and shutdown; set and adjust equipment controls to meet product specifications


• Perform quality checks throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards


• Accurately record process data for each production lot in a timely manner
