Deliver and support Civil Global Instructor Development and Training (IDT) programmes, applying global instructional standards consistently across all instructor‑training activities. Act as an Instructor Trainer, Mentor, and Coach by demonstrating best instructional practices, providing structured feedback, and role‑modelling CAE’s competency‑based teaching philosophy. Ensure consistent delivery, governance, and quality of IDT programmes in alignment with global standards, regulatory obligations, and CAE training requirements. Contribute to the development, revision, and continuous improvement of instructor‑facing courseware in accordance with approved IDT courseware management and governance processes.
