Key Responsibilities Licensing, Qualifications & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain all required personal licenses, ratings, instructor privileges, and medical fitness (as applicable) to perform designated duties.
- Verify that all regulatory approvals issued by the relevant Authority are valid prior to conducting any training that requires those privileges.
- Adhere to CAE/ECFT policies, procedures, and safety standards during all training activities.
- Comply with Authority‑approved training program requirements and ensure all instructional delivery aligns with approved content, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive simulator briefings and training sessions in a clear, structured, and positive manner to maximize trainee learning and performance.
